Working days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (excluding any bank or national holidays) Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a bank or national holiday cannot be processed until the first working day after that and therefore will be treated as if ordered on that day. For example, an order placed on Saturday is treated as if it was ordered on Monday (unless Monday is a bank or national holiday).Returns
We will accept the return of goods fit for sale on their return (as they were on delivery) provided prior arrangement (confirmed in writing) and on payment of an agreed 20% handling & re-stocking charge (unless the goods were defective when delivered) is made. You must notify us of any items you would like to return within 3 working days from receipt of order. Please note there will also be a collection charge unless the goods are sent back to us.
