Free delivery to UK mainland only for orders over £99 excluding VAT. Alternatively, a standard non-refundable charge of £6.99 plus VAT (for All UK mainland) will be applicable to your order.

For UK mainland completed orders placed before 1.00p.m. and subject to availability we will endeavour to deliver within 1-3 days (Mon - Fri) with the exception of public holidays. Please ensure the correct delivery address and postcode is given when ordering to avoid any delays and additional charges for goods to reach you.

All deliveries must be checked, counted and signed for at point of delivery. After two attempts the goods are returned to us. We reserve the right to re-charge any additional delivery costs if we re-send these goods to you.

Working Days Explained:

Working days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (excluding any bank or national holidays) Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a bank or national holiday cannot be processed until the first working day after that and therefore will be treated as if ordered on that day. For example, an order placed on Saturday is treated as if it was ordered on Monday (unless Monday is a bank or national holiday).

Returns

We will accept the return of goods fit for sale on their return (as they were on delivery) provided prior arrangement (confirmed in writing) and on payment of an agreed 20% handling & re-stocking charge (unless the goods were defective when delivered) is made. You must notify us of any items you would like to return within 3 working days from receipt of order. Please note there will also be a collection charge unless the goods are sent back to us.
